Column Guard

The guard stands immediately in front of a 90 or 100mm upright, and its function is to provide a degree of resistance to the bottom 400mm of upright from front impact damage by fork lift trucks. When used, the bottom of the lowest beam must clear the height of the guard.

Smart Guard 

Clip-on, wrap-around SmartGuard upright protectors is an energy absorbing rack protector, tested to FEM 10.2.02, providing resistance to impact by forklift trucks or other lifting equipment up to a height of 800mm.

The patented design fits all grades of 90mm upright and fits over the Dexion standard and welded baseplate range. The protector is positively anchored by means of two tongues, which fit into the SmartGuard clips to lock the assembly to the upright.

Rack End Protector

Rack End Protectors guard against damage from fork lifts and other vehicular traffic within a warehouse. Installed at the end of racking rows, either single or double entry, and in fork lift drive through bays.

Upright Protector

The Keylock/Speedlock Mk8 Upright Protector stands immediately in front of the upright, providing a level of protection up to 600mm, against impact by forklift trucks or other lifting equipment.

It is connected to the upright by: 

2 x Upright Protector rubber blocks

2 x M10 x 50 Hex head set screw ZP Grade 5.8
